KIWI is an older shoe care brand that feels slightly out of touch with modern footwear enthusiasts, who think KIWI is just for formal leatherwear. We were tasked to sell the KIWI 3-step regimen to specialty shoe stores and brand it as a contemporary solution that can keep up with newer shoe care labels like Jason Markk.

Sneaker Tracker App
This app will help sneaker lovers track the conditions of their kicks, as well as when and how to care for them with functions like “shoe-selfies”, calendar and weather updates for shoe care, and of course KIWI products. This app will help sneaker lovers track the conditions of their kicks.
We’ll create a demo station equipped with our 3-step regimen. The nearby store attendee can show potential shoppers exactly how to keep their kicks first-day fresh with KIWI. Shoppers will also get a promo discount for key KIWI products as they head inside to pick up their new kicks.
We’ll optimize presence at sneaker-culture conventions (like SneakerCon, Agenda and ComplexCon) with sneaker care demos, customization demos, dew-ball 3-point shootouts, and influencer appearances. Coupons and product samples can be distributed to drive to retail.
